About TadPOC

TadPOC (Target Audio Description Proof of Concept) is an internal tool that helps Target team members generate and review audio description for short videos. Audio description is spoken narration of the important visual content in a video, so the video makes sense to people who are blind or have low vision.

What it does

• Accepts a video upload or a public YouTube link.
• Generates a text transcript and, optionally, narration audio.
• Shows live progress while the video is processed.
• Lets team members review the output and leave feedback.

Who it is for

TadPOC is an internal proof of concept for Target team members who create or review accessible video content. It is not a public product, and its output is a draft: a team member should always review audio description before it is used in any high-stakes setting.
